Westone Conversor

Conversor is the perfect companion for anyone with hearing difficulty. It is an affordable assistive listening device offering comfort, ease of use, and wireless portability. The Conversor is designed for ease of use with T-coil equipped hearing instruments, cochlear implants, or binaural headphones. Conversor focuses on desired sounds, near or far away, filtering out unwanted background noise up to 30 db, and significantly enhancing sound level and clarity.

The Conversor consists of two lightweight components: an FM microphone/transmitter and a Pendant Receiver. The Microphone/Transmitter can be held in the hand and pointed directly at the desired sound source, placed on a surface in close proximity to the sound source (up to 150 feet from the user), or worn by a speaker moving about the room. The Pendant Receiver is worn by the user around the neck, either above or beneath clothing.

Users can select the Zoom setting for focused hearing and one-to-one conversations or the Omni-Directional setting for group discussions and social events. Conversor can also be connected directly to a TV, stereo, VCR/DVD/CD player, or computer with optional accessories. Both components are rechargeable for up to eight hours of continuous use.
