Westone Amplified Telephones

Westone’s hearing aids work with a variety of Amplified Telephone devices. This includes corded and cordless telephones.

One such telephone is the TeleTalker from Williams Sound. This corded telephone was developed to improve understanding over the telephone. It combines a powerful amplifier with a signal-processing circuit to enhance phone signal quality. The Teletalker improves speech understanding and amplifies calls without feedback. Extra loud ringer combined with a flashing ring indicator ensures users won’t miss important phone calls. It has large buttons for easy use and operation. Volume and tone controls allow the listener to adjust the phone specifically for their hearing loss.

An example of a cordless Amplified Telephone is the Clarity C435. The Clarity C435 makes telephone conversations not only louder, but also clearer and easier to understand. It provides up to 30 decibels of amplification and is an ideal solution for those with a mild-to-moderate hearing loss.
