Phoenix hearing aids are designed with digital signal processing for clarity and performance. Phoenix hearing aids are available in a variety of BTEs and custom styles, such as: CIC, ITC, HS, and ITE. All Phoenix styles can be individually adjusted to the wearer’s specific hearing needs.

A Switchless T-coil option is available on Phoenix custom models that helps improve the wearer’s ability to hear while on the telephone. This system prevents unwanted whistling sometimes occurs when using the telephone while wearing a hearing aid. The Switchless T-coil feature automatically switches on when used along with a hearing aid compatible telephone. It switches off when the telephone is no longer in use. A manual T-coil option is available on Phoenix BTEs and some custom models, for those wearers who want to control this feature directly.

Phoenix offers the convenience of soft alerting tones to inform the wearer when it's time to change the battery. Phoenix BTEs have a small outlet that can allow connection to a TV, tape recorder, radio, or other devices that assist children with hearing in the classroom. An optional audio input adapter and am assortment of cords are also available.
