Phonak’s Supero is the only digital hearing aid product line specifically designed to meet the needs of people with a severe to profound hearing loss. Phonak designed a special housing, a dedicated microchip and a unique package of solutions to enable communication even in difficult listening environments. The result of these designs is a product line dedicated to audibility, comfort and reliability.

There are three different Supero hearing aid models that make up the digital line with features to satisfy individual needs, preferences and budget. These models are the Supero 411 (digital high powered BTE), Supero 412 (the most powerful of Phonak’s digital BTE hearing aids), and Supero 413 AZ (digital high power BTE with AudioZoom multi microphone technology).

 

Supero shapes the Maximum Power Output (MPO) curve, independently of the gain curve, across all channels. This power processing method is dedicated to providing individual shaping across the frequency range. The Supero also has a multi-channel digital Noise Canceler which has an intelligent algorithm that recognizes the presence of a speech signal embedded in noise and reduces the gain appropriately in the relevant channel.
